Getting there
A small bumboat departs from Changi Point Ferry Terminal once it has enough passengers (typically a short wait) — a short, cheap crossing rather than a scheduled ferry.
Cycling the island
Bike rental stalls cluster near the jetty; the island has no real traffic, and trails range from flat coastal roads to rougher paths through secondary forest.
What to see
Chek Jawa Wetlands on the island's eastern tip is the highlight — a boardwalk through mangrove, mudflat and coastal forest habitats within a short ride of the jetty.
