Asian Civilisations Museumஐ நாடுகளின் encyclopedia ஆக அல்ல, Asia முழுவதும் உள்ள connections பற்றிய museum ஆக பார்ப்பது சிறந்தது. Maritime Trade, Faith and Belief, Materials and Design போன்ற themes மூலம் objects, religion மற்றும் ideas எப்படி நகர்ந்தன என்பதை காட்டுகிறது.
Galleries எப்படி தேர்வு
முதல் முறையில் Maritime Tradeயில் தொடங்கி, பிறகு Faith and Belief அல்லது Materials and Designஐ interestக்கு ஏற்ப தேர்வு செய்வேன். எல்லா labelsஐயும் படிக்க வேண்டியதில்லை; themeஐ பின்பற்றுங்கள்.
Empress Place building
Singapore River அருகிலுள்ள historic Empress Place Buildingல் ACM உள்ளது. Boat Quay, Fullerton மற்றும் Civic Districtஐ கூடுதல் long transport இல்லாமல் இணைக்கலாம்.
Hours மற்றும் நேரம்
Current hours தினமும் 10am–7pm; Friday 9pm வரை. Gallery admission closingக்கு 30 நிமிடம் முன் முடியும். 90 நிமிடம் முதல் 2 மணி வரை ஒரு நல்ல first visit.
Current admission
Permanent galleries Singapore citizens/PRக்களுக்கு free. Foreign residents/tourists adult S$15, concession S$10, 6 வயது மற்றும் கீழே free. Special exhibitionsக்கு தனி ticket இருக்கலாம்.
Tours மற்றும் விதிகள்
Volunteer docent tours current scheduleப்படி நடக்கும்; பொதுவாக 45–60 நிமிடம். Galleriesல் food/drink இல்லை. Non-flash personal photography/video பொதுவாக அனுமதிக்கப்படுகிறது; commercial use permission தேவை.
செல்வது மற்றும் அணுகல்
1 Empress Place; Raffles Place MRT Exit Hயிலிருந்து சுமார் 5 நிமிட நடை. Accessible entrancesக்கு ramps உள்ளன; அனைத்து galleriesக்கும் lifts, wheelchairs மற்றும் standard strollers செல்லலாம்; accessible toilets மற்றும் seating உள்ளன.
